About the PPG

Medstar Patient Participation Group (PPG) meets regularly to discuss how to improve patient experience at Medstar Clinic. Members provide their valuable feedback and suggestions to improve the clinic and its services via discussions, meetings, and various events.

Who Can Join?

The PPG welcomes all patients or family members who would like to provide insight or comments to improve the clinic.

When and Where?

Meetings usually take place online or at the clinic about two times a year, although the schedule is flexible to fit the schedules of all members. Attendance is not mandatory. Refreshments are provided for attendees.
