Health and Safety

Medstar Clinic fulfills its legal obligations by providing and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment. The safety of all our patients and staff is particularly important to us. Upon arrival, we kindly ask all visitors to report to our main reception area.

Fire Safety

For your safety, all of our sites are protected by a fire alarm system. All staff are familiar with the fire procedure. In the event of the fire alarm sounding, please await instructions from the nursing team who will advise you of the correct procedures.

Fire Alarm Testing

Testing will take place at the clinic at 11 a.m. every Tuesday. During the fire alarm test, fire doors throughout the clinic will shut.

Electrical Safety

We are responsible for the electrical safety of all appliances used within the premises. If you bring any electrical item with you, please inform a member of staff who will arrange a free safety check.

Pets

Unfortunately, we are unable to allow pets (except for guide dogs) into our clinics.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted.
